If you paid for product with a credit card, a refund will be issued for 100% of the purchase price, less shipping and handling, to the credit card originally used for payment, within 30 days of the date of return. If you paid for product with a bank draft or check and then returned the product, there will be a minimum of a 10-day waiting period before a refund check will be issued unless you provide a copy of the paid bank draft or paid check from your financial institution. You will be issued a refund check if product is received within the 10-day money back guarantee and the check or bank draft for the original purchase has cleared. Items received after the 10-day money-back guarantee are NON-refundable.
